The Room.44 - Single Room with Shared Bathroom

The Room.44 is a young flat-sharing community that boasts individually-themed rooms and creative decor. The accommodation is located in Hamburg, 900 meters from Speicherstadt and offers guests a barbecue and terrace.Guests have access to several rooms with shared bathrooms and two shared kitchens. Please note that only the ground-floor kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, while the upstairs kitchen is intended for making coffee and tea, not for cooking. A flat-screen TV is available in most rooms. Please note that none of our rooms have their own bathroom; we have 2-4 bathrooms to share on each floor.

Please be advised that parties and loud noise after 9:00 PM are not allowed, and a warning will be issued if this rule is violated.
