Arbio I Arabel King Suite - Sleeps 11

Our King Suite can accommodate up to 11 people for sleeping, living and cooking. The suite has 3 separate bedrooms, a workplace and a sitting area in the living area with 2 cozy couches, which also promise you as sofa beds with a width of 160cm high comfort.

Other things to note

The security deposit can only be deposited via credit card.Check-in is not possible without a valid credit card!Depending on the category you book, the security deposit is between €250.

House Rules

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments. If you smoke in your room, we will have to charge you a cleaning fee of €200.00 for this.

• Throughout the house, a quiet hours are from 10 pm until 7 am. Should there be noise nuisance during this time, we will charge you €300.00 for this case. Bachelors' parties and parties, etc., are not permitted. If we still find a party, you hereby allow us to withhold the full amount of the security deposit.

Please be aware that you have to pay in Berlin City Tax. The city tax is 5% of the net nightly rate. Only private nights are taxed, limited to a consecutive overnight stay of 21 days.The city tax is calculated on site.
